"Spinning Self" is a poem about the notion of "self" as envisioned from the perspective of what I'd call "quantum poetics." The poem exists in two states of meaning at the same time, but we only have access to one at a time.

Spinning Self
There is some space
in between
the matter of my thoughts.
And yet nothing
will go through
the body that I am.
For the particles of self
are all too unique
and won't mingle ever.
The matter that I am,
unique as it is,
mingles with all it touches.
There is no space
in between
the particles of self.
Nothing will go
through the body
of my thoughts.
