Feel your arms into lightness
Into the void of weightlessness
Let them rise and soar and kiss the wind
Feel your hand caress the air
Breathe it in and keep it there
Let the sap of the atmosphere
Mingle with your head within
And in your fingernails
Imagine leaves so green
Brushed by the wind
Until one of them is let loose
Like your bodied mind
It rises
and rises
into highness
And there embraces the spring
